The Minister of Housing concludes his tour today by inspecting a residential project, roads and axes in Badr City
After inspecting the roads and axes in Shorouk City, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, concluded his inspection tour today by following up on the work of developing the axes, main roads and housing in Badr City, accompanied by officials from the Ministry and the New Urban Communities Authority, and the head of the city authority.
The Minister of Housing began his tour in Badr City, by inspecting Presidential Initiative Units" “Housing for all Egyptians,” a middle-income axis with 44 buildings in the Fourth District, including general site coordination work. The minister also went up to one of the buildings in the project to ensure that the work was being carried out according to the required specifications, and he inspected one of the residential units in which the interior finishes had been completed to follow up on the quality of the finishes and ensure that the units were delivered to the beneficiaries to the highest standard. Level.
Then, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, and his companions, toured the development works on the main axes and roads that have been and are being developed in the city, including the entrance to the city from the Suez Road with a length of about 3.6 km, Saad Zaghloul Road with a length of 2.2 km, Field Marshal Ahmed Badawi Road from the Russian University to the Heliopolis area intersection with a length of 2.2 km, and Universities Road with a length of 2.2 km. 5.7 km, in addition to the development work on a number of axes and other roads.
During the tour, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny met with a number of residents, praising the efforts made to develop the city and submitting a number of demands regarding social housing projects and the drinking water system, as the Minister assigned the head of the Badr City Authority to meet all the citizens’ requests and to continuously communicate with them and listen to All their demands and proposals.
Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny directed attention to agricultural work and green surfaces on the roads, in addition to the necessity of following up on maintenance and cleaning work and removing waste, and working to prevent random phenomena and regulate traffic on the roads in coordination with the competent authorities.
