The Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority congratulates Counselor Essam Farid on assuming the presidency of the Senate
Lieutenant General Osama Rabie, Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority, today, Thursday, congratulated Counselor Essam Farid, President of the Senate, on his assumption of the presidency of the Council, stressing that this selection reflects the amount of confidence placed in him by the members of the esteemed Council, wishing him and the members of the Council success in performing their national duties in the interest of the nation and the citizens.
This came during a reception of Counselor Essam Farid, Chairman of the Senate, in his office today. Thursday, to Lieutenant General Osama Rabie, Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority.
For his part, Counselor Essam Farid expressed his great happiness and gratitude for this dear congratulations, praising the pioneering national and development projects undertaken by the Suez Canal Authority, and affirming the Council’s readiness to cooperate fully with the Authority in order to achieve the common good of the nation and the citizens.
The meeting was attended by Major General Ahmed Al-Awadi, Counselor Fares Saad, the two representatives of the Council, and Counselor Dr. Ahmed Abdel. Al-Ghani, Secretary-General of the Senate, and Counselor Amr Yousry, Legal Advisor to the President of the Senate.
