Spurs stars involved in car crash: Tyre on Randal Kolo Muani’s Ferrari blows on M25, with his team-mate Wilson Odobert following, leaving vehicle wrecked on the side of the road

Tottenham star Randal Kolo Muani was involved in a car crash after his tyre blew out on the motorway.

The French forward, 27, had been travelling to the airport ahead of his side’s Champions League clash against Eintracht Frankfurt, when the tyre of his black Ferrari blew out.

Fellow Spurs star Wilson Odobert had been following him on the M25 motorway when the smash occured, and pulled over to make sure his team-mate was safe.

Images from the scene show the French attackers standing at the side of the motorway, alongside what appears to be emergency service personnel, with the front-right tyre of the car completely burnt out.

Spurs boss Thomas Frank confirmed the players had come through the crash without sustaining major injuries.

‘Kolo Muani and Wilson Odobert are both fine. They were unfortunately involved in a minor car accident. Everyone else involved is fine. It was a tyre blowing up. They will be travelling here a little later tonight,’ he said.

Both players are expected to be available for selection for Spurs’ Champions League tie on Wednesday against Eintracht Frankfurt.
