Michigan star Yaxel Lendeborg leaves Final Four clash with Arizona after sickening knee-on-knee collision

Michigan star forward Yaxel Lendeborg was taken out of Saturday night’s Final Four game against Arizona after sustaining an injury.
Roughly halfway through the game’s first quarter, Lendeborg drove the lane and appeared to bash his knee against the knee of Arizona’s Koa Peat.
Lendeborg smacked the floor in pain, but managed to get up. He then doubled over in pain and was taken off the floor.
He was then seen being walked down the tunnel to the Michigan locker room for further evaluation.
Lendeborg made a return to the game, but was seen walking with a significant limp and had a towel on his head.
During a timeout, Lendeborg did not walk onto the court to huddle with the rest of his teammates due to the injury.
