Cruz Beckham’s MUCH older girlfriend Jackie Apostel, 30, spotted with Beckham family for World Cup semi-final as engagement rumors heat up

Cruz Beckham’s much older girlfriend Jackie Apostel joined the Beckham family at the World Cup semi-final on Wednesday – amid mounting engagement rumors.

The 30-year-old beauty was seated between her 21-year-old musician beau and his younger sister Harper, 15, inside Atlanta Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Also in the cushy VIP box was Cruz’s soccer star father David Beckham, 51, his superstar mother Victoria, 52, and his older brother Romeo, 23.

Apostel could be seen looking on in pure shock with her hands over her face during the nail-biting match as Argentina knocked England out of the competition with a 2-1 score.

She and Cruz matched for the big game in near identical England soccer jersey boasting the team’s iconic white and red.

Before the gut-wrenching loss, which nearly brought the Beckham patriarch to tears, Apostel shared several bonding moments with teen Harper as they were photographed chatting with one another mid-game.

Cruz has been romantically linked to Apostel since June 2024 following his split from 20-something TikTok star Bby Ivy.

Cruz reportedly met Apostel, who previously performed in the Brazilian girl group Schutz, through their managers.

Despite their nearly 10-year age gap, the couple have been going strong for a little over two years.

And Apostel’s closeness with the Beckham family has further stoked rumors that she and Cruz are engaged.

She has joined Cruz, his parents and siblings at several World Cup matches since the tournament kicked off nearly five weeks ago, including trips to Florida, Texas and Massachusetts.

Most notably, she was seated with the family in June when Beckham received his long-awaited star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame – which is considered a prestigious honor.

But what really convinced fans that Cruz may have secretly popped the question was when Apostel appeared on social media wearing a ring on her left hand last month.

The ring made an appearance in photos of the couple at the Brazil versus Scotland World Cup game, which were posted by Apostel to Instagram on June 25.

In the photos, Apostel could be seen cozying up to her rumored fiance as she flashed the eye-catching accessory.

She captioned the post: ‘Juuuust happy to be here’ (sic). 

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Cruz and Apostel for comment. 

Apostel shared rare insight into how she and Cruz fell for each other back in May as she answered social media questions about their initial meeting and first real date.

She explained they first met in the studio, with the pair quickly becoming pals before the friendship turned into something more.

‘We got put in a writing session and just like both were so obsessed with what we were doing and music,’ the musician recalled.

‘We became really good friends and then here we are!’

In response to one of her followers asking to know more about their first date, Cruz could be heard in the background playfully arguing with Apostel over the details.

Cruz first insisted it had been at a rooftop cinema, before his girlfriend pushed back and he amended: ‘It was! I mean, maybe it was a studio session… The one that went till like 3am.’

Clarifying the answer to fans, Apostel explained: ‘So me and Cruz went to the studio and we sat in the studio until 3am, but like you didn’t even kiss me!’ 

She continued: ‘We were just sitting there, so I feel that doesn’t count as a first date,’ as Cruz interrupted to defend himself: ‘I was nervous’.

Apostel acknowledged that the studio session was still monumental despite the lack of romantic overtures from Cruz, saying they both knew there were feelings there. 

‘To be fair we knew though, it felt different from other sessions’, she admitted. ‘And then the next day we went to a rooftop cinema with friend Stella who third-wheeled us. And that was our first real date.’

Apostel has proven to be a valuable help when it comes to Cruz’s burgeoning music career, contributing to his creative process when it comes to writing songs and promoting them online. 

The youngest Beckham boy has earned himself a growing legion of fans after releasing a long awaited debut single in 2025.
