Savannah Guthrie pays COMPLIMENT to kidnapper who took her mom Nancy, 84, in cryptic new video
Today star Savannah Guthrie paid a compliment to her mother Nancy’s kidnapper in a fresh appeal for her return, saying: ‘I know you have tried to do things the right way.’
In a post uploaded to social media Monday afternoon, Savannah, 54, appeared to plead for the return of Nancy almost six months after the 84-year-old was taken from her home in Tucson, Arizona during the early hours of February 1.
Savannah said: ‘I am coming on today with a very specific message.
‘It has been months since our mom was taken from us.
‘Our family is in agony. We are in a nightmare that will not end. Nothing about or situation has changed. We have done our part. We will never stop looking for her.
‘We will always ache for her and feel that hole in our hearts.
‘The world can be a cruel and unforgiving place. And I know you have tried to do things the right way,’ she said.

‘So I’m asking you, begging you, to do the right thing now. Make the right choice. Help us find her. Tell us where to look for her.
‘I truly believe it is never too late to do the right thing. Help us bring this situation to an end,’ Guthrie said.
‘For all of us, no matter where we’ve been and what we have done, I believe there is always a way home. Please make the right choice.’
The video appeal may be linked to the contents of a ransom note sent around the time of Nancy’s abduction, which were first revealed last week.
The note – which is believed to be authentic – said Nancy died of heart failure shortly after being taken.
Savannah has conceded her mother may no longer be alive but says that even if Nancy is dead, she is desperate to give her a Christian burial.
