Scaramucci deadpans over Trump fixation with Husted’s butt: ‘Could say he’s bi-curious’

Anthony Scaramucci, Donald Trump’s one-time communications director, has thoughts about the president’s fixation with Senator Jon Husted’s butt.
Trump made headlines earlier this week for some odd comments he made about Husted’s looks as he stumped for the Republican in Ohio ahead of November’s midterm elections.
“I’m standing over here, and I don’t do this with men very often. I started examining his body because I didn’t know he was a great athlete, and I looked, and I watched up and down,” Trump said of Husted, a former college football player, at a rally Monday night in Youngstown. “I looked at his a**, and I looked at the whole, and then I looked at his hands. Look at his hands. He’s got these like claws.”
When CNN host Kasie Hunt asked Scaramucci Wednesday about Trump’s current headspace, he said with a straight face, “Well, you could go with two tracks with that. You could say that the president’s bi-curious by the way he’s talking about the guy — it was sort of awkward and weird.
“Or you could say that the president is an entertainer and he thinks his job is to go to those things and make people laugh.”
Bi-curious is a term coined for people who are exploring their potential bisexuality.
Trump —who has been married to his third wife, Melania Trump, for two decades — has been known to make colorful comments about other men. Scaramucci specifically alluded to the president’s fascination with golfer Arnold Palmer’s phallus.
During a rally in Pennsylvania in the run-up to the 2024 presidential election, Trump said, “Arnold Palmer was all man, and I say that in all due respect to women, and I love women.”
“I refuse to say it, but when he took the showers with other pros, they came out of there. They said, ‘Oh my God. That’s unbelievable,'” Trump said with a chuckle. “I had to say.”
Scaramucci spent just 11 days as Trump’s communications director in 2017 during the president’s first term before being fired.
He has recently been in the news after an awkward and short press briefing by the new White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia.
Zacharia’s dismal performance at the podium Tuesday prompted jokes that she may not last as long as Scaramucci.
Scaramucci, now a Trump critic, even chimed in, writing on X, “The clock is running. Thus far 1/11th of a Scaramucci.”
Despite prediction market Polymarket already taking bets on when Zacharia, who previously served as senior communications advisor for Trump’s Truth Social platform, will be out of the White House, Scaramucci told Hunt on The Arena Wednesday, “I don’t think she’s going to get fired.”
