Kelly Ripa shares rare glimpse into her and Mark Consuelos’ $27 million five-story New York townhouse

Kelly Ripa has shared a rare look into the $27 million New York townhouse that she shares with husband Mark Consuelos.
Ripa, 56, and Consuelos, 55 – who have been married for 30 years – moved into their Upper East Side Manhattan abode back in 2013.
Over the years, the talk show host has given fans a few glimpses into the lavish five-story condo, which features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a sprawling walk-in closet and two fireplaces, among other things.
Now, she has posted a new video showcasing the 7,796-square-foot mansion, as she showed off her Halloween costume.
Ripa uploaded a video to Instagram on Sunday of herself strutting around her townhouse in her Grey Gardens-inspired costume.
It began with the star – who dressed as Little Edie, first cousin of First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, from the cult-classic Grey Gardens documentary – walking down her steps as she waved an American flag.
The massive staircase had a floral runner and chic rope railing.
At the bottom there was a table adorned with a massive white flower and an array of Halloween decorations.

Two intricate light fixtures hung above it while a gray chair and paisley-patterned wardrobe were placed next to it.
Ripa danced around the room, spinning in circles and twirling her flag throughout the clip.
Elsewhere in the room was a big, round glass table and a marble fireplace.
‘Happy Halloween from all of us at Grey Gardens. Especially Little Edie and Big Edie,’ she captioned it.
The mom-of-three also included a shot of her and her pal Jacob John Bressers, who dressed as Big Edie, posing in front of the entrance to her home.
She also showed off the impressive bags of candy that she passed out to trick-or-treaters, which included boxes of Twizzlers.
The townhouse had previously belonged to fashion mogul Luca Orlandi and his model wife, Oluchi Onweagba.
When they sold it to Ripa and Consuelos in 2013 for $27 million, it was the second most expensive townhouse sold in NYC that year.

The condo, which was originally built in 1882, then got a major revamp, which allowed the couple to implement changes needed to make it their dream home.
The impressive property boasts an extravagant foyer that resembles a hotel and even has its own bar.
There’s also an elevator to help bring guests from the basement right to the enormous roof terrace with a dining table for al fresco entertaining.
Ripa and Consuelos have a vast property portfolio, which spans from a retreat in Telluride, Colorado, to a vacation home in the Caribbean and a sprawling Hamptons estate.
