The glitziest night of Australian media, The TV WEEK Logie Awards, is just one week away. While some celebrities are in the process of steaming their gowns and deciding on which pocket square brings out their eyes, other figures of the Aussie television industry have found themselves in the lurch without an invitation — especially those on reality television.
Over the years, the snubbing of reality TV stars at Aussie television’s night of nights has become commonplace. However, considering these reality stars help make reality television the juicy clusterfuck we all know and love, I personally think it’s a bit of a doozy that they don’t cop a polite invite to at least walk the carpet.
Anyway, without further ado, here are all the stars who were not invited to the 65th Annual TV WEEK Logie Awards.
Married At First Sight
Every year, it seems that all eyes are on whether the Married At First Sight (MAFS) cast gets a chance to walk down the Logies red carpet. According to 2025 bride Jamie Marinos, this year’s contestants didn’t have their hopes up.
“To be honest, I felt like there was all this talk that we were gonna get invited, but I just didn’t trust it, so I actually booked a trip to Europe and I’m doing my own kind of publicity tour in London,” she told Yahoo! Lifestyle.
“None of us were bloody invited,” Jamie confirmed.
“That’s sad for everyone else at the Logies, because we know how to turn up at any kind of dinner party event. It’s a shame because I know the rest of the cast probably would have been looking forward to it, too.
“I would have loved to have gone to the Logies with everyone.”
Although the contestants won’t be rocking up, the show — which typically wins a Logie or two — will be represented for the second year in a row by experts John Aiken and Alessandra Ramppolla.

The Real Housewives Of Sydney
For the very first time ever, The Real Housewives Of Sydney has been nominated for a Logie for Best Structured Reality Program. Although it doesn’t look like any of the ladies who star in the show have copped an invite.
“My understanding is that when the news broke, a few cast members contacted production to ask who was going to attend the Logies,” Victoria Montano said, per Yahoo! Lifestyle.
“I didn’t contact production at all when the news broke — I was under no misconceptions about the fact they would prioritise themselves over the stars of the show. The ladies, who for almost no pay at all, open their lives to the public so that production can make money from our lives.”
Oooooft.
The Block
Although The Block fans can expect to see beloved hosts Scotty Cam and Shelley Craft at this year’s festivities, the renovation show has received a similar treatment to MAFS, with no contestants invited.
“Unfortunately, we haven’t received an invite to the Logies,” 2024 contestant Ricky Recard told Yahoo! Lifestyle.
“If The Block bosses and Channel 9 can fit us on their invite list, I’m sure they will. With so many amazing people involved in the show, from [executive producer] Julian Cress, Scotty Cam, Shelley Craft and too many more for me to mention, it must be so hard to invite everyone along to such a special night.”
Kind of a suck up but hey, if it works, who am I to judge?

Travel Guides
Travel Guides have held the honour of winning the Best Lifestyle Program Logie award for the last three years. To celebrate, the cast is often in attendance, lighting up the red carpet procession with their A+ vibes.
I’m stoked to report that the whole cast will be back again this year. Can they lock down the award for a fourth year running? Only time will tell.
Australian Idol
Seemingly, one of the only reality contestants to be hitting up the Logies 2025 red carpet is Australian Idol winner Marshall Hamburger who is “so excited” to attend for the first time.
“I have to say I am very excited to hear Jimmy Barnes sing. I’ve never seen him perform live before, so seeing him in person is going to be a huge honour! I’m also excited to hopefully see some of the crew from Idol, such as Ricki-Lee, the judges, and the production crew as well,” he told Yahoo! Lifestyle.
Plus, as Ricki-Lee Coulter is nominated for Most Popular Presenter, I’m 99 per cent sure we’ll be seeing her turn a look on the carpet.
MasterChef
Last year, MasterChef judges Poh Ling Yeow and Sofia Levin represented the beloved cooking show at the Logies. Thankfully, they’ll both be appearing again this year — especially since Poh is up for the Gold Logie and Sofia has been nominated for Most Popular New Talent.
Let’s gooooooo ladies!!!! You’ve got my vote!!

However, it seems that while they’ve had previous top-three contestants attend in the past, this time around, they’re sticking to the judges.
“I hope they do well at the Logies,” said runner-up Josh ‘Pezza’ Perry from 2024’s MasterChef season.
“It was a great show to be a part of, but I only came second and [I’m] a guy from Tassie, so I’m forgotten about fairly fast, I think,” he tells us. “But I like that because that’s who l am and I probably didn’t suit what they wanted.”
My Kitchen Rules
My Kitchen Rules judges Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge will no doubt be walking the red carpet in some spiffy suits. However, similarly to the other reality shows on this list, the contestants haven’t copped an invite.
Farmer Wants A Wife
Farmer Wants A Wife is a bit of a mystery when it comes to the Logies! The host, Natalie Gruzlewski, hasn’t appeared since 2014, and apparently, none of the 2024 farmers have received an invite.
Well, there you have it. While the Logies 2025 might not have as much ~drama~ from the reality stars as we’d like, it’s bound to be a great night.
You can tune into the Logies on Channel Seven or 7Plus at 7.00pm AEST Sunday 3 August.
