Announcement of the initial list of candidates for the position of heads of 5 private universities
Dr. Ashraf Hatem, Chairman of the Committee for the Chiefs of Private Universities, announced the initial lists of candidates for the position of heads of five private universities, which is Mansoura National University, Zagazig National University, East Port Said National University, Assiut National University, and South Valley National University. The positions, where the initial list of applicants for the position of President of the South Valley National University included seven candidates, while the initial list of applicants for the position of President of Assiut National University included three candidates, while the initial list of applicants for the position of President of East Port Said National University included eighteen candidates, while the initial list of applicants for the position of President of Zagazig Al -Ahlia University included ten Candidates, and finally the initial list of applicants for the position of President of Mansoura National University included thirteen candidates, bringing the total candidates at this stage to 51 candidates in preparation for the next stage of the procedures for selecting the heads of private university. Hatem, former Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities and the former Minister of Health, and the committee consists of Dr. Moataz Khorshid, former Minister of Higher Education, and Dr. Sherif Hammad, former Minister of Scientific Research, in addition to a representative of the University Council and a representative of the Board of Trustees.
