application "maintenance" Enhances digital transformation and accelerates response to malfunction reports

Dr. Ahmed Akkawi, President of Qena University, confirmed that the launch of the “Mainah” application The allocation for receiving fault reports and following up on maintenance work within the university comes within the framework of the university’s strategy for digital transformation, and aims to improve the service system and enhance the speed of response to various maintenance requirements within academic and administrative facilities.

 

This came during the inauguration of the application in the presence of Dr. Hussein Abdel Basit, Dean of the Faculty of Information, the university secretary’s students, Abdel Razzaq Hussein, Assistant Secretary, Dr. Muhammad Omran, Executive Director of Information, and a group of leaders. Administrative.

 

Akkawi pointed out that the application allows entering detailed data on the type of malfunction, its scope, and its precise description, and includes a technical evaluation feature after the completion of maintenance work to ensure quality performance, in addition to the possibility of registering complaints in the event that malfunctions are not dealt with as required, which enhances follow-up and accountability mechanisms.

 

Dr. Muhammad Omran and engineer Jamal Malak, a programmer at the Information Center, explained The technical characteristics of the application, the method of its operation, and the powers granted to its users. They also reviewed the application sections and the mechanism for registering maintenance requests in an organized and accurate manner.
