Arsenal interested in signing England international Jarell Quansah, 23, from Bayer Leverkusen

Arsenal are interested in signing Bayer Leverkusen defender Jarell Quansah, Daily Mail Sport can confirm.

The 23-year-old England international made three appearances at the 2026 World Cup, and can play at centre back and right back.

With William Saliba facing a lengthy injury absence, the Gunners are chasing reinforcements at the back.

Their pre-season form has further illuminated Saliba’s absence, conceding an uncharacteristic number of goals, recently losing to Borussia Dortmund 3-2.
