Carlton player reportedly hospitalised with complications linked to alleged recreational drug use

A Carlton player has reportedly been hospitalised after suffering complications from allegedly taking recreational drugs.
Life support paramedics attended a house in South Yarra on Saturday, where a man in his 20s was taken to hospital in stable condition with upper body injuries, The Herald Sun reported.
It was understood another player had attended the hospital Saturday night to provide support.
On Sunday, another Carlton player also attended hospital, however The Herald Sun reported this was unrelated to the issue with his teammate.
An earlier report from 7News said at least three players had been hospitalised.
More to come.
