Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development and Acting Minister of Environment, received a report today, Saturday, on the executive position of the fourth stage of the presidential initiative to grow & quot; 100 million trees & quot; which comes in implementation of the assignments of the political leadership, and aims to increase the per capita green surfaces appropriately and improve quality Air.

The ongoing comes within the framework of an integrated plan adopted by the Ministry to increase the per capita share of green surfaces and improve the quality of life in cities, in implementation of the directives of the political leadership, and in coordination with the various agencies concerned with the governorates, confirming the government’s endeavor to enhance the civilizational appearance of the main axes and improve the indicators of air quality and environmental health and support the state’s efforts in facing climate changes and achieving the goals of sustainable development.
