Disturbing sex and drugging allegations filed against Real Housewives star Lenny Hochstein by British model who says he lured her to Star Island mansion

Lenny Hochstein – who was married to Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein – has denied allegations that he had drugged and sexually assaulted a British model.

The 60-year-old celebrity plastic surgeon – who is known as the ‘Boob god’ – has been at the center of a lawsuit filed by a Jane Doe on Friday.

He has since released a statement to Daily Mail denying the allegations as he said: ‘I have never drugged or raped anyone in my life. This is an encounter I had over a year ago. There are multiple witnesses. 

‘If she believes she was raped she should go to the police. Not try to sue me for money. There is a video of her leaving my home the next day smiling and dancing. That is not the behavior of someone who believes she was raped.’

Daily Mail has obtained court documents in which the woman – who is suing for $100,000 – claims Hochstein had lured her to his Star Island mansion under the guise of an exclusive afterparty where he allegedly gave her a drug and sexually assaulted her.

Doe claims that she was visiting Miami from London in May 2025 when she met a younger man at the Sopra Club who allegedly invited her to a private afterparty on Star Island, but there was no party upon her arrival.

The woman claims that Hochstein had repeatedly hit on her and later gave her a pill he described as a common sleep aid and alleges that she had trusted him because he was a doctor so she proceeded to take the pill.

Doe alleges to have blacked out shortly thereafter and didn’t wake up until the next morning as she claims that Hochstein later told her they had sex despite her saying that she had previously rejected his advances according to the lawsuit.

The woman also claims that Hochstein later told her the pill was melatonin, but she said she remembered what the pill had looked like and proceeded to research it online and ultimately concluded that it was Ambien. 

Doe is suing Hochstein for sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She is asking for $100,000.

Hochstein’s lawyer Lorne Berkeley with Berkeley Law P.A. also gave a statement to Daily Mail which began: ‘“Dr Hochstein categorically denies the allegations asserted against him. We possess evidence that we believe materially contradicts the claims and evidence that will be presented in the appropriate legal forum.

‘Because this matter involves allegations of sexual assault, we will not publicly disclose any material materials that could identify the plaintiff at this time.’

Berkeley continued by saying: ‘However, Doctor Hochstein intends to vigorously, defend himself and will present evidence demonstrating that the allegations are false, including video evidence from shortly after the alleged incident that is holy inconsistent with the narrative alleged in the complaint. 

‘The video evidence shows the plaintiff leaving his home, smiling, and talking with him as she’s leaving the home, she does a little dance outside the front door, and then she walks happily to an Uber.’

 The attorney goes on to say that there are numerous text messages after the alleged incident in which the accuser is asking where Hochstein is going the next night as they claim she wanted to meet and spend time with him.

Berkeley concluded: ‘In addition, there are numerous text messages after the alleged incident whereby this individual is asking Doctor Hochstein where he’s going the next night, that she wants to meet him, spend time with him, etc.

‘Finally, there are demands for “good faith, settlement discussions” before initiating formal legal proceedings after making threats in the same email for sexual assault and defamation. These monetary demands were made back in July 2025.

‘Therefore, we look forward to presenting this evidence to a court to truly reveal this claimants motive, which is nothing more than what appears to be a money grab.’

Hochstein has had several legal woes in recent years as he has battled ex Lisa, 43, in a messy divorce 

Hochstein was married to the RHOM star for 12 years and had two children with her before filing for divorce in May 2022.

 Lisa and Lenny married in 2009 and welcomed two children via surrogate – Logan, 10, and Elle, six – before he filed for divorce in May 2022. 

Both parties have publicly accused each other of infidelity, and Lisa further suggested on social media that Lenny had abused her.

 Lenny sued her for defamation over the domestic violence claims in December 2023 and insisted she was the one who had been physically abusive.

That lawsuit culminated in a settlement last year in which both exes dropped their abuse allegations and issued a joint statement establishing ‘that there was never any physical harm caused by Dr. Leonard Hochstein or Lisa Hochstein, and the media’s insinuations from any photos or posts are not true.’

The divorce was finalized in 2024, with Lenny agreeing to pay Lisa $15,000 in monthly child support now and $10,000 a month once their firstborn turns 18.

In May 2023, Lenny submitted court documents stating Lisa had attempted to ‘monitor’ his phone calls by way of a ‘listening device’ planted in his car.

His legal filing accused her of placing ‘at least one’ such contraption in his vehicle such that she could ‘access and monitor his private, non-public communications involving this litigation’ – an assertion she dismissed as ‘nonsense’ to Page Six.

Lenny went public with Austrian model Katharina Mazepa, 30, just after his split from Lisa, and the couple were engaged for a year before splitting in late 2024.

Lisa has publicly accused Lenny of having cheated on her with Mazepa, which both Mazepa and Lenny have strenuously denied.

Mazepa filed for a restraining order against Lisa in July 2022, saying the Bravo star had harassed and bullied her, but the order was dismissed months later by the court, which found it to have ‘no just cause.’ 

Hochstein’s nickname ‘Boob god’ is due to his specialized focus on breast augmentations and the sheer volume of surgeries he has performed throughout his career as he has performed over 27,000. He has also trademarked the nickname.
