ESPN whistleblower Sage Steele, 52, marries businessman Dave Barbuto in lavish ceremony in Nashville

Congratulations are in order for polarizing ex-ESPN host Sage Steele, as she married businessman Dave Barbuto this past weekend in a picturesque ceremony surrounded by friends and family in Nashville, Tennessee.
Steele, who was suspended by ESPN in October of 2021 after she made comments about former President Barack Obama and the Covid-19 vaccine, shared the photos from the intimate celebration on her Instagram page Monday.
Steele, 52, posed in multiple snaps with her new husband, Barbuto, 49, who is the CEO of the chain of electronic repair shops, uBreakiFix.
The media personality stunned in a strapless wedding dress which featured a full skirt, covered in lace florals and a corset-style top.
The gown, which was made by YSA Makino, featured more floral detailing at the chest, and sheer panels at her sides.
To top off the look, Steele wore a white flower in her hair that matched the florals on her dress, and a diamond cross necklace.
The two wed at Diamond Creek Farm, which features a lush, gorgeous outdoor space with a backdrop of the mountains.
Steele, who carried a red bouquet for the occasion, shared sweet photos of the duo kissing as they walked down the aisle, which was set outdoors.

Another picture showed Steele smiling at her husband, while others captured the newlyweds laughing together.
For his part, Barbuto wore a black tuxedo with a red rose corsage.
‘SNEAK PEEK of the day I got to marry the love of my life with the best, most wonderful family and friends in the world by our side,’ Steele wrote in the caption of her Instagram post.
‘God is so good. I love you Dave Barbuto,’ she added.
In the comments section of her post, many left her and Barbuto well-wishes, including Meghan McCain, actor Donnie Wahlberg, and Amber Rose.
This is Steele’s second marriage.
She was previously married to college sweetheart Jonathan Bailey for 27 years. The former couple share two children together.

In recent months, she has been a strong supporter of President Trump, with rumors swirling in 2024 that she could be his potential pick for Press Secretary
Steele’s marriage comes just a few years after she sued the ESPN network in April of 2022 after claiming that they violated her First Amendment rights and Connecticut free-speech laws by suspending her over comments.
Steele and the media giant settled in 2023, but terms of the settlement have not been revealed. Front Office Sports previously reported that Steele was offered $501,000 by the network to drop her lawsuit.
In recent months, she has been a strong supporter of President Donald Trump, with rumors swirling in 2024 that she could be his potential pick for Press Secretary.
She was seen hitting the campaign trail last October alongside racing driver Danica Patrick.
Patrick and Steele were pictured together wearing pink ‘Women for Trump’ shirts while making political stops in Georgia.
The sports pair also snapped photos with Lara Trump, Tulsi Gabbard, and others in between campaign events at a local donut shop.
She also moderated an event for the President in Lancaster last October, where he awkwardly called her by the wrong name.
‘Let’s have a little fun, Paige,’ Trump said right as his live town hall was set to begin. The Harris campaign immediately blasted out the clip.
