Grammy’s 2026 best looks: Schiaparelli is the big winner

Two years ago, Taylor Swift’s Midnights won the Grammy’s most prestigious award, Album of the Year. The singer wore a strapless white Schiaparelli gown and black opera gloves to attend the ceremony. A year later, Beyoncé finally bagged her first Album of the Year award for Cowboy Carter, again, wearing Schiaparelli. Yesterday evening (February 1), the 68th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony took place in Los Angeles, and this time, it was Bad Bunny’s Debí Tirar Más Fotos that was crowned AOTY. One guess what Benito wore for the occasion? Schiaparelli, of course.

The past three winners of music’s biggest accolade have all worn the same brand – clearly, creative director Daniel Roseberry’s designs are a lucky charm (Rosalía, you know who to turn to for 2027). Elsewhere, it was a great night for fashion, with a spread of looks that showcased the very best of now, as well as archive pulls. Chappell Roan wore prosthetic nipples (according to her stylist, Genesis Webb) with a custom Mugler chiffon dress hanging from them. As last year’s recipient, Roan presented the Best New Artist award to Olivia Dean, who paid an emotional tribute to her immigrant grandmother while wearing custom Chanel by Matthieu Blazy

Since Rihanna announced baby number three on the Met steps last May, it’s become a red carpet trend to reveal a pregnancy as part of your outfit. Sienna Miller and Ellie Goulding both revealed baby bumps during December’s Fashion Awards, Sinners’ star Wunmi Mosaku revealed her bump during the Golden Globes last month, and at the Grammy’s, Dijon’s wife, stylist Joanie Del Santo, proudly showed the world that baby number two is on the way.

Harry Styles, who won Album of the Year in 2023 (not dressed in Schiaparelli, but in a custom Egonlab x Swarovski jumpsuit), wore Jonathan Anderson’s Dior, sporting the latest version of the classic Bar jacket, styled with a pair of mint green ballet flats. If anyone should be allowed the keys to the McQueen archive, it’s Lady Gaga, and thankfully, she was handed them last night – performing “Abracadabra” in a dramatic look taken from McQueen’s AW09 “The Horn of Plenty” collection. On the carpet, Gaga donned a black feathered gown by Matiéres Fécales.

The most popular accessory of the night, however, was undeniably the “ICE Out” pin, worn by Justin and Hailey Bieber, Joni Mitchell, Kehlani, Billie Eilish, Finneas, and more.
