Off Campus, the horny-as-hell hockey romance drama based on the bestselling book series, has well and truly set the world on fire, with everyone from Jennifer Lopez to G Flip talking about the insanely popular Prime Video series.
Now, everyone’s favourite heartthrob (and regular BookTok muse) Harry Styles has admitted to being across the show, interrupting his recent performance in Amsterdam to chat about the lead character, Garrett Graham (Belmont Cameli).
The “Aperture” hitmaker was chatting with two fans in the crowd about their love life when the conversation took a turn, and he suddenly remembered the hockey show.
“There’s also another person that you both — okay,” he laughed. “Jared? Garrett? From Off Campus?”
The crowd then erupted into applause as Harry started giggling, before he continued: “It’s a series. Okay, you know, I can’t help but feel that, somehow, we’ve gone off-topic somehow.”
The interaction didn’t stop there, as Harry then put his musical director and percussionist Pauli Lovejoy on blast for being a massive fan of the series and “always watching it”.
“Pauli Lovejoy, big, big, big Off Campus guy, loves it,” he said. “Of course, I knew what it was. He’s always watching it, can’t get him away from the thing!”
Off Campus stars react to Harry’s shoutout
Harry’s Off Campus shoutout quickly went viral, with fans posting videos of the interaction, editing it into fan cams and sharing their reactions on social media.
“This is the middle of my personal interests Venn diagram,” one person commented, while another added, “The concept of Harry watching Off Campus omg this is the best thing ever”.
“Book Hannah is screaming rn,” someone else wrote, referencing how the main character Hannah Wells is a huge fan of One Direction and Harry Styles in the book series.
Off Campus stars Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli have since gotten involved in the viral moment by reposting the video on their Instagram Stories, and you just know the cast group chat is going off right now.
Ella wrote “awesome” alongside the clip, while Belmont tagged Harry and said he “nailed it”.
Now, the big question is: can we somehow get Harry to make a cameo in season two?
Sure, it’s been a few years since he last acted in the films Don’t Worry Darling and My Policeman, and yes, his tour spans until December 2026 (when he comes to Australia), but stranger things have happened.
Prime Video has yet to announce an official release date for Off Campus season two, although it’s expected to premiere in mid-2027. Production is currently underway in Vancouver, Canada, with filming scheduled to run through September 2026, and funnily enough, Harry has a few short gaps in his Together, Together tour that month.
