He broke Kylie Minogue’s heart. Now, actor Joshua Sasse’s marriage to another Aussie girl is OVER after we caught him canoodling with a blonde – and you won’t believe how he’s responded

The British actor who famously broke Kylie Minogue’s heart by having a fling with his co-star has now split from his wife after we pictured him with another woman.
Back in 2017, reports of infidelity led to Minogue ending things with Joshua Sasse.
After their split, he went on to date another Australian, Louisa Ainsworth. They married in 2018, welcomed two children and settled in for a quiet life in Byron Bay – a coastal town in northern New South Wales.
But he announced their separation on Friday morning – pushed by our enquiries to his agent after we papped him canoodling with a Byron Bay local the previous afternoon.
Sasse, 37 – whose new series Outrageous, in which he plays the late British fascist Oswald Mosley, just hit the streaming platform BritBox – rushed out a statement at about 9:30am saying he and Louisa had decided to part ways ‘after thoughtful consideration and with mutual respect’.

Sasse was reportedly unfaithful during his engagement to pop star Kylie Minogue
That ‘thoughtful consideration’ must have happened at warp-speed: we only called his British manager last night and his Aussie publicist this morning.
Our request for comment concerned images of Sasse and a local woman – who we have not named for legal reasons – looking very comfortable in each other’s company at North Belongil Beach Park Reserve.
An onlooker told us the rendezvous occurred at about 2:40pm on Thursday, with Sasse, who lives just a short drive from the park, arriving first.
The woman – who is also married – arrived soon after, parking next to Sasse, before the pair exited their vehicles, happily walking and talking with a dog in tow.
At one stage, she placed her hand under Sasse’s T-shirt to rub his chest while gazing into his eyes. Their meeting lasted about 25 minutes before the pair headed back to their respective vehicles.
The meeting came on an exciting day for Sasse, whose new show was only just released on BritBox – a popular streaming platform for British expats Down Under.
Locals say Joshua and Louisa, his wife of seven years, are still living together in their converted Byron Bay warehouse.
When contacted by Daily Mail Australia on Friday morning, Louisa said: ‘This has come as a shock, and I just need to look after my family at this time.’

Sasse put out his statement on Instagram announcing their split about one hour later.
‘Earlier this year, after thoughtful consideration and with mutual respect, Louisa and I have come to the decision to part ways,’ he said, alongside a black and white photo of the former couple in happier times.
‘This decision was not made lightly, but it comes from a place of love, care and a deep appreciation for the time we have shared together. Our children are of the highest importance and we are fully committed to co-parenting them with stability and support. We very much appreciate your respecting our family’s wish for privacy at this time.’
Sources in the tight-knit Byron Bay community say Louisa and the woman know one another locally and are ‘sort of friends’.
Daily Mail Australia made attempts to contact the woman and her husband before this story was published.

Sasse was just 27 when he fell for pop superstar Kylie Minogue, who was 20 years his senior, after she signed up for a guest role in his musical comedy series Galavant.
Their romance didn’t exactly have a fairytale beginning: it was reported Sasse was still married to his ex Francesca Cini, with whom he shares a son, when he met Kylie on set in the summer of 2015.
The romance was an open secret on set, though – so much so that even Sasse’s co-star Vinnie Jones joked that the actor had his sights set on Kylie from the start.
In February 2016, just six months after meeting, Sasse proposed.
A year later, and the whirlwind romance came crashing down, as the couple revealed they had called off their engagement.
At the time of their separation, it was reported that Kylie had suspected Sasse was cheating on her with Spanish actress Marta Milans, with whom he had been filming the TV series No Tomorrow in 2016.
The rumours were never confirmed, but Sasse never took legal action against the dozens of news outlets that called him a cheater.
Minogue was also quite open about her heartbreak.
In a 2018 interview with 60 Minutes, Minogue revealed she felt ‘a bit broken as a person’ following her break-up with Sasse.
‘I wasn’t so much heartbroken, as [I was] just a bit broken, just as a person’, she candidly told interviewer Karl Stefanovic.
‘You have your tail between your legs a little bit. I had just been through a bit of a rotten time and… I really did lose myself.’
