The General Authority for Health Care announced the continuation of providing free comprehensive examination services and health awareness campaigns in the governorates of Upper Egypt, within the framework of the presidential initiative “A New Beginning for Every Man,” which aims to enhance public health and improve the quality of healthy life for citizens.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki, Chairman of the Health Care Authority and General Supervisor of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Project, explained that under the umbrella of the “Bedaya” presidential initiative, the General Health Care Authority was able to provide awareness and educational services to citizens, which contributed to raising the level of health awareness. Among citizens with a healthy lifestyle, Medical examinations were conducted for more than 120,000 beneficiaries, as part of the “100 Health Days” presidential initiative, which included women’s health examinations, early detection of tumors, hearing examinations for newborns, chronic diseases, kidney disease, and pre-marital examinations, in addition to examinations for About tumors.

The head of the Health Care Authority continued: A free comprehensive medical examination was conducted for more than 100,000 beneficiaries from all ages, noting the examinations included in the comprehensive medical examination, which aim to detect early diseases. Al-Subki added: “We are working to develop health care services continuously to ensure that citizens’ health needs are met, and thanks to presidential support and continuous follow-up, we have established a central room to monitor And evaluate the progress of work, in addition to specialized field teams that implement awareness and educational seminars in various governorates, whose primary goal is to reach all segments of society and promote the concept of comprehensive health, whether through awareness or providing direct health services.
