In this context, the ministry, represented by the Central Administration of NGOs and Licensing, announced the closure of five branches of the & LDQUO clinic; Piladona Laser Klink & rdquo; For beauty and laser treatment, located in Al -Nuzha areas, Nasr City, Al -Massaa, Maadi, and the Al -Qobba Bridge in Cairo Governorate, due to the violation of health and legal requirements and work without a license.

This procedure comes within the framework of the directives of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, to intensify control over medical facilities and private clinics, with the aim of ensuring the provision of safe medical services and conforming to health standards, in order to preserve the health and safety of citizens.

Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and Population, explained that the ministry formed 5 inspection committees from the Free Treatment Department in Cairo Governorate, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior represented in the Supply Investigation and the Egyptian Drug Authority, to inspect the branches of the clinic & ldquo; Biladona & rdquo; In the areas mentioned simultaneously, these campaigns aim to verify the commitment to the requirements of licensing and health standards, to ensure the protection of citizens who are reluctant to these clinics.
& LDQUO; Abdul Ghaffar & rdquo; Until the inspection revealed violations, which included the branch management without legal licenses, in violation & nbsp; Law No. 153 of 2004 regulating the work of medical facilities, and the presence of unqualified labor practicing the medical profession in violation of the law of practicing the profession of human medicine, and the use of unlicensed laser devices has been monitored, finding unknown medications and injections inside the clinic branches, which pose a great danger to the health of the frequencies.
Dr. Hisham Zaki, Head of the Central Administration of NGOs and Licensing, stressed that the ministry closed the five branches, with the necessary legal measures, including the editing of records of seizures of unlicensed drugs and injections.
He pointed out that these measures come within the framework of the Ministry’s commitment to protect citizens from illegal practices that threaten their safety.
The risk of dealing with unlicensed cosmetics:
1. Green health risks: the use of unlicensed laser devices or drugs and anonymous injection may lead to complications such as skin burns, bacterial infection, poisoning, or permanent tissue damage.

2. The absence of professional competence: Uncharged employment lacks training and necessary experience, which increases the possibility of medical errors that may be fatal.

4. Legal protection loss: Dealing with unlicensed clinics that deprives citizens of legal rights in the event of damage, as these facilities cannot be held easily.
