Housing: Offering commercial stores and pharmacies for sale in exchange for access to 4 new cities through public auction
The head of the Tenth of Ramadan City Development Authority, Engineer Alaa Abdallah, announced that 5 commercial stores and a pharmacy, with areas ranging from (15 m2 to 45 m2), in the commercial market in Plot No. 75 in District 4, District 16 of the city, will be put up for sale at public auction at a session on next December 2.

The third, R3, is based on the annual usufruct licensing system for a period of 5 years, at a public auction in two sessions on December 1 and January 13, 2025.
