Inside the luxury concierge beauty services sweeping the Hamptons: The rich and famous are going to new extremes to ensure they look their best this summer

On the East End of Long Island, anything is possible this summer.
For years, the rich and famous have flocked to the Hamptons during the warmer months, swapping their lavish New York City penthouses for spacious mansions on the beach.
And now, the Daily Mail has learned that the wealthy are going to new extremes this year to ensure that they don’t fall behind on their beauty treatments and look their best while lounging in the sun.
From helicopter charters to yacht treatments, there’s a new wave of luxury concierge beauty services quietly sweeping the Hamptons.
For the ultra-wealthy residents staying in the Hamptons this summer, there’s no ask that is too big or too over-the-top.
Take internationally-renowned dentist Dr. Michael Apa’s complimentary helicopter charter that he sends for patients, for instance.
The celebrity-loved dentist of Apa Aesthetic is used to dealing with star talent, as his past clients have included Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner, Jennifer Lopez and the Olsen twins.
Smile makeovers at Apa Aesthetic start at $4,000 per tooth, with each case ‘completely customized.’

For patients undergoing a total smile makeover this summer, he provides a complimentary helicopter charter to get back and forth from the Hamptons to New York City, where his office is located.
‘For many of our patients, time and privacy are the ultimate luxuries,’ Dr Apa told the Daily Mail.
‘They may be spending the summer out east, but they still want access to the level of dentistry, artistry and service they expect from Apa Aesthetic New York,’ he continued.
‘So we looked at the entire patient journey and asked: how do we make this feel seamless from the moment they leave their home to the moment they return?
‘The dentistry will always be number one, but the experience around it matters too.’
Dr Apa told the Daily Mail that he has patient coordinators who are trained to understand and learn each patient’s unique needs.
‘Whether someone is coming in from the city, the Hamptons, or anywhere else, the goal is to remove friction wherever we can,’ he said.
‘It’s about delivering a level of care that feels considered from the first conversation through the final result.’

He maintained that his practice is built around the idea that ‘dentistry can be elevated,’ and the helicopter ride is just ‘simply another expression’ of that high standard.
‘We want each of our offices to embrace the realities of its location and the lifestyle of the patients it serves,’ Dr Apa added.
‘In New York, spending time out East is part of the culture, so we think about what that means for our patients and how we can make the experience feel more seamless,’ he explained.
And according to the dentist, summer is oftentimes when many patients decide they’re ready to move forward with their smile makeover.
‘Summer is an interesting time because people tend to be more social and, with that, they are more aware of how they want to look and feel,’ Dr Apa told the Daily Mail.
‘There are weddings, travel, events, time in the Hamptons. People are living more publicly,’ he explained.
‘A smile makeover is not something you do because of one season, but summer often creates the moments that make patients say, “I’m ready.”‘
But Dr Apa isn’t the only provider offering extravagant services to Hamptons clients this summer.
Jessica Lanza, the founder of Hamptons Mobile Beauty, offers a wide variety of treatments with providers that will come straight to your door, whether you’re in Southampton or Montauk.

Her list of luxury clients has included Emma Roberts and model Molly Sims; she offers an extensive menu that features an at-home Brazilian wax starting at $120, dermaplaning for $175 and even $155 dip powder manicures.
According to Lanza, time is money in the Hamptons.
She pointed out that in the off-season, it can take just 10 minutes to get into town, while during the summer, it can take over 40 with traffic – and don’t forget additional time to find a parking spot.
‘Time matters, and the people out there are business owners and [usually they’re] working while on vacation and multitasking,’ Lanza said.
‘If they can get their nails done or a blowout [at home] and still work and have their laptop… I can’t even tell you how many times someone’s getting like a Brazilian wax and they’re on a conference call.’
Each of Lanza’s employees are highly vetted, as well as licensed and insured.
She has also partnered with a plastic surgeon who is located in the area to provide Botox, which has a minimum spend of $1,000 per appointment, and offers facials and massages for clients.

As a Long Island native, she told the Daily Mail that she keeps her prices ‘sustainable,’ as she doesn’t want anyone in the Hamptons to be taken advantage of – something that’s not uncommon with other providers out East.
But beauty services aren’t the only thing that Lanza’s company provides.
‘We also have a wellness section, I have providers in the Hamptons that will do at-home Pilates or at-home yoga,’ Lanza said.
‘New for us this year is on-site sound baths, which are a thing now,’ she added.
In addition, you can also book reiki sessions and IV administrators to come to your home through the company.
Meanwhile, Hamptons residents can also get procedures brought all the way from Korea at AIREM Aesthetic Spa & Plastic Surgery in Water Mill.
AIREM, who specializes in Clinical K-Beauty, offers unique treatments, including the Hydrodome Facial, which is popular in Korea and uses an enclosed oxygen dome along with LED therapy to nourish the skin and leave you glowing.
In some cases, they’ll even bring the treatments to their client’s houses for at-home services, depending on the portability of the device.
‘Out east, I know several of my clients who have an entire med spa in their bathroom,’ Dr Eunice Park, Dual Board Certified Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon and founder of AIREM, told the Daily Mail.
‘They have the hyperbaric [oxygen] chamber, they have the sauna… then they have the full body LED panel, and then they have a room where they are requesting people to come and do in-home treatments.’
Dr Park said they’re also gearing up to see a popularity in skin tightening treatments this summer, like Everesse and XTherma, which require little to no downtime and start at $3,000 per session.
It’s the only place in the Hamptons that you can get these new, innovative treatments that are common in Korea.
‘To be able to offer these skin tightening treatments that have no downtime, that’s not a laser, not a needle, is amazing,’ Dr Park said.
