Jaycee Horn signs record-breaking 0m deal with the Carolina Panthers

The Carolina Panthers have signed cornerback Jaycee Horn to a new four-year deal worth $100million.

The contract includes $70m guaranteed and makes Horn the highest-paid defensive back in NFL history.
