Jennifer Lopez was thrilled when her hunky co-star Brett Goldstein rated her kissing skills a ’12 out of 10′ at the premiere of their new Netflix film, Office Romance, in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
Lopez, 56, looked cozy with the actor, 45, amid rumors they have ‘grown close’ after filming, as they posed on the red carpet at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, before answering questions about their onscreen kiss.
The star previously raved about Goldstein being ‘the best kisser’ she has ever worked with, and he returned the favor at Tuesday’s event, telling ET that her kiss was ‘the best’, which left her beaming.
The four-time divorcee giggled before she heard Goldstein’s answer, while pointing out, ‘Well, what is he going to say in front of me.’
Goldstein also said that when he heard how highly she rated him it felt ‘better than winning an Emmy’, though the singer joked that she was put ‘on the spot’ during the interview.
Lopez made her flirty comments during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live in October 2025. ‘I’m gonna say I just did a movie with Brett Goldstein, and I would say he was the best kisser,’ she gushed.

Lopez appeared impressed by her handsome co-star’s chivalrous side after he offered his arm, guiding her out of the elevator, in a clip shared on X.
The star, who split from husband Ben Affleck in 2024, looked sensational in a cleavage-baring strapless gown with sheer panels across the bust.
She showcased her remarkably youthful visage with a touch of glam and wore her caramel-toned tresses straight and cascading down her shoulders.
Meanwhile Goldstein cut a handsome figure in a white button-down shirt and cream blazer, which he paired with black slacks.
Fans were blown away by the pair’s ‘chemistry’ and convinced that they are dating, after Lopez shared a reel from the event to her Instagram.
‘Look at the way she looks at him,’ one wrote.
‘I have a feeling about you two,’ another added.

Lopez’s mom, Guadalupe Rodriguez, 79, was also seen arriving at the premiere. She wore a black dress with open-toe heels and carried a lavender Chanel bag.
Adam Sandler and his wife Jackie were also in attendance. Sandler showed off his signature casual style, rocking an orange Knicks hoodie and blue sweatpants, while Jackie was chic in a black dress.
Betty Gilpin wowed in a long maroon dress and strappy black heels while Mae Martin arrived in a denim jacket, a white tee and high-waisted black pants.
Will Sasso opted for a blue shirt under a black blazer.
Earlier this month Lopez and Goldstein flirted on the red carpet at the Netflix upfront event.
The Ted Lasso star is thought to have been single since 2022, when he split from girlfriend Beth Rylance after a year.
Aside from their sizzling relationship onscreen, there have been whispers about their ‘electric’ chemistry offscreen.

‘It was an open secret during filming about Brett and J-Lo – they got on like a house on fire from the start, and the chemistry was electric, which viewers will see,’ a source told The Sun earlier this year.
‘They were very touchy, feely, and always laughing, and everyone suspected they were hooking up.’
Another insider said, ‘During the wrap party, they were all over each other during the dinner and drinks with the rest of the cast.’
‘They had a lot of fun while shooting; it was just what Jen needed after Ben Affleck. He put a smile on her face.’
‘There were quite a few jokes about Brett just being the British version of Ben. She was definitely a fan of his British charm and really felt looked after on set.’
In September 2024, the duo were spotted at the Broadway show Oh, Mary! Together, watching their co-star Betty Gilpin perform.
An official synopsis for the movie was shared by Netflix in a recent Instagram post.
‘Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein star in OFFICE ROMANCE. A raunchy romantic comedy about a secret office romance and the trouble two workaholics get in when they start thinking with their hearts,’ the note read about the film that debuts on Netflix on June 5.

Lopez plays a CEO named Jackie Cruz, who falls for a new employee named Daniel Blanchflower, played by Goldstein.
She told People that Jackie is a ‘workaholic, incredibly controlled and not looking for distractions.’
The Bronx native added: ‘Perhaps elements helped, but in real life Jackie as a CEO and myself as a CEO are incredibly different. Although I work incredibly hard I understand the balance of work/life and prioritizing family and friends.’
The star also noted that the film is ‘a classic romance, with modern edgier humor’ so she said yes right away. ‘I was booked back to back with other projects, but I knew I had to do this movie, so we made it work,’ the actress shared. ‘I think it’s exactly what we all need right now.’
She also raved about her co-star.
The siren said Goldstein ‘brought an amazing calming and self assured energy’ to his performance.
‘There’s something very grounded and natural about him,’ she said.
‘He wasn’t trying to play the romance or the comedy because he is hilariously funny in real life and incredibly charming and appealing, it all just felt so natural.’

Goldstein told the site that he and cowriter Joe Kelly created the script for Office Romance specifically for Lopez.
‘We started asking ourselves who the best rom-com star is, and without hesitation, we both said JLo,’ said the star who has in the past raved about the icon.
‘And within the space of a long train journey, we had the whole idea for the film. It’s easy to write a rom-com when you have JLo in mind. She’s the best at this stuff. We just wanted to write something funny and smart enough to be worthy of her saying yes.’
Director Ol Parker also told People that the film is over the top: ‘It pushes the envelope slightly for what people might expect from a Jennifer Lopez movie. She was delighted to do that and very funny doing it.’
