Man on electric bike shot by road rage driver in Virginia | News

A man on an electric bike was shot several times by a road rage driver in Virginia.

Video footage shows the cyclist traveling through a neighborhood in Fairfax when a silver sedan pulled up next to him on Thursday (28 May). According to witnesses, the driver was chasing the cyclist.

A man then gets out of the vehicle and proceeds to shoot at him multiple times, following an off-camera exchange. He then fled the scene. Officials said the incident was linked to a road rage incident.

The cyclist is currently in a critical condition in hospital. Fairfax County Police reported that they had a suspect in custody.
