Mystery after dead body found at home owned by husband of congresswoman Ayanna Pressley

Police in Boston are investigating a death after discovering the body of a person inside a home that belongs to Conan Harris, the husband of Rep. Ayanna Pressley.
Law enforcement was called to the home on Malta Street, located in Boston’s Mattapan neighborhood, Saturday afternoon to investigate a person. Upon arriving, they found the person deceased.
The identity of the deceased person has not been released. The homicide unit is investigating the matter.
But the two-story, seven-bedroom home where the person was found belongs to Harris. It is a rental property currently for sale. Pressley and Harris do not live there, according to CBS News Boston.
“The Congresswoman extends her deepest condolences to the impacted family,” Pressley’s office said in a statement obtained by WCVB.
The Independent has asked Rep. Pressley’s office for comment.
