Nicky Hilton called out over ’embarrassing’ Photoshop fail as she advertises her jewelry brand

She may be worth millions, but Nicky Hilton Rothschild was slammed for cheapening her jewelry brand after appearing to have photoshopped the pieces in her latest campaign.
The 42-year-old collaborated with her mom, Kathy Hilton, for a mother-daughter campaign for her jewelry brand Theo Grace, posing together in sweet snaps shared to Instagram and on the website.
The collaboration includes brooches, photo lockets, bracelets, pins and customizable necklaces.
However, fans have accused the socialite of photoshopping the jewelry on, taking to social media to share their observations.
Many fans were quick to slam the heiress for the selection of pictures she shared.
‘Damn, married the richest men and still Photoshopped brooches,’ one incredulous user wrote.
‘Damn. What did they use? Microsoft paint?’ said another.
‘Even the jewelry shown in the dish is Photoshopped. So lazy,’ admonished someone else.

Someone else observed: ‘Honestly a Photoshopped face is expected – to have an ad campaign with barely legible AI-generated renderings of the product tacked on as an afterthought is egregious.’
‘She probably used an app to sharpen/enhance the photo and the AI messed up her brooch,’ guessed another.
The Daily Mail reached out to Hilton Rothschild for comment.
Theo Grace, which Hilton Rothschild launched in 2025, is named after her daughters, Teddy and Lily-Grace.
As per the website, pieces in The Made to Treasure collection range between $90 to $125 for the pieces as part of the Mother’s Day collection.
‘For moms, mother figures and everything in between,’ Hilton captioned the snaps.
‘A collection designed to celebrate love, legacy and the moments that matter most. Our Mother’s Day collection, Made to Treasure, is finally here.’
Hilton Rothschild married her husband, James Rothschild, in 2015. They share three children: Lily-Grace, nine, Theodora, eight, and Chasen, three.

Hilton Rothschild said the collection, which launched on Monday, April 6, used simple and elegant pieces to celebrate the meaningful bond formed between mothers and their children.
‘The Mother’s Day collection’s really about celebrating the bond between mothers and their children through pieces of jewelry that feel personal and meaningful,’ she told People.
Kathy agreed, telling E! News: ‘Putting our heads together, we like a lot of the same things.’
Hilton Rothschild added her youngest daughter, Theodora ‘Teddy’, may even be interested in designing her own collection one day.
‘She loves eavesdropping on my Zooms and meetings and learning about the business aspect of it,’ she said.
