Olivia Culpo shows off baby bump four months after announcing second pregnancy with Christian McCaffrey

Olivia Culpo showed off her blossoming baby bump in a social media post on Saturday, exactly four months since she announced her pregnancy.

The 34-year-old beauty queen, who is currently expecting her second baby with husband Christian McCaffrey, took to her Instagram Story to share an update.

She posed in a tight-fitting, black maxi dress for one full-body mirror selfie while standing in the middle of her walk-in closet. 

After sharing her recent selfie, she followed up with a short clip comparing the size of her baby bump to when she was only three months pregnant.

Culpo appeared to be wearing the same catsuit in her ‘after’ photo as she showed off her bump. 

Over the photo, the former beauty queen shared her excitement and teased the gender of her baby.

‘Can’t wait to meet this lil bb! My stomach is more pointy this pregnancy. Maybe it’s a boy.’ 

Her social media update comes as she is preparing to give birth, as she and her NFL star husband, 30, announced their baby news four months ago.

Earlier this year in May, the couple confirmed they would soon be welcoming another member into their growing family, nine months after the arrival of their first child.

In a joint Instagram post, Culpo and her football player husband wrote in the caption: ‘Best birthday gift ❤️ Baby #2 coming soon.’ 

Culpo and McCaffrey are already parents to daughter Colette Annalise McCaffrey, whom the model gave birth to in July 2025. 

The cover photo showed the couple sharing a kiss while Culpo held baby Colette in her lap and cradled her baby bump with her other hand.

Culpo and McCaffrey have been together for over seven years, since they linked up via Instagram and had their first date in 2019. 

After nearly four years of dating, the couple got engaged and tied the knot in June 2024. 

Last summer, the couple announced the birth of Colette, their first baby together, in a joint Instagram post. 

Culpo also shared photos from the meaningful day on her Instagram Story and shared her experience with childbirth, calling it ‘the scariest and most rewarding of all experiences.’ 

Earlier this year, Culpo opened up about how parenthood has changed her and her husband.

Since welcoming Colette, the couple have been adapting to their new role as parents while also juggling McCaffrey’s commitments on the football field.

She lifted the lid on how fatherhood has changed McCaffrey’s perspective on losses in an interview with the New York Post in January while discussing his playoff loss.

‘Well, first and foremost, I have always been worried about his health and safety,’ she said. ‘If he’s feeling good and if I notice, “Okay, he’s walking okay or he doesn’t look too banged up.” I’m really excited and happy. And he feels that way too.’

‘I think ultimately it’s just such a physical sport that you just want to be healthy enough to reach the goals that you have for yourself,’ she continued. 

‘I think just being there for him and definitely being sensitive to the fact that it does mean a lot and sometimes he will be upset. 

‘Having a baby there really has changed that and made everything feel a little bit more grounded and light — and just have a better perspective because… win or lose, you still have to show up for her.’ 

Culpo continued: ‘I always knew he would be a really good dad because he’s just a really good person. And his parents [Lisa and former NFL wideout Ed McCaffrey] are just a great example. 

‘But I feel like I’m happy for the perspective that it’s able to give him, especially with his career,’ she said. ‘So I’m very grateful for that.’
