Read sickening sex texts allegedly sent by disgraced Texas congressman to ANOTHER staffer… years before aide he had affair with killed herself

Newly released messages appear to show that Texas Congressman Tony Gonzales pestered a second aide for sex years before his affair with a staffer brought down his political career.
Hundreds of alleged 2020 texts between the Republican and his then-political director appear to show him repeatedly asking for nude photos and trying to initiate a sexual relationship, at one point saying he wanted her to ‘squeeze my balls.’
The texts – obtained by the San Antonio Express News – come just weeks after Gonzales was forced to drop out of his re-election bid following the revelation he had an affair with a different staffer who went on to kill herself by setting herself on fire.
The Daily Mail broke the story about their affair in October 2025, weeks after Regina Aviles’s suicide in the backyard of her Uvalde home.
During both alleged interactions with staffers, Gonzales was married to his wife, Angel, with whom he shares six children.
The Congressman did not immediately respond to Daily Mail’s request for comment on the 2020 allegations.
The woman – who is not named in the report – said she came forward after Aviles’ death, telling the San Antonio Express News: ‘This behavior needs to stop.’

Gonzales recently resigned over his alleged affair with Regina Aviles, who later killed herself. This photo of the couple was provided to the Daily Mail by Aviles’s husband’s attorney Bobby Barrera
During one late-night conversation between Gonzales and the staffer in 2020, the congressman allegedly pressured her for nude photos.
’47 nos is about my limit,’ Gonzales reportedly wrote after being turned down repeatedly in the purported texts.
However, the next day he pressured her again to send naked pictures, according to the text messages obtained by the Express.
‘I know what I want and won’t stop until I get it,’ Gonzales allegedly wrote in a June 15 message.
The staffer then reportedly sent back a facepalm emoji and moved the topic onto work: ‘You better do that in Congress.’
At the time of the texts, which the Daily Mail has not independently verified, Gonzales was running in a heated primary in his first ever bid to represent Texas’s 23rd Congressional district.
The woman claims she never had a physical relationship with Gonzales, however, she did admit he paid her late-night visits at her house.
‘Want me to come over again,’ Gonzales says in one June 13 exchange.
‘If I come over though, your panties are coming off.’

Messages between the two appear to show he did not stay the night.
‘Okay you have two options… I left (as I did) and we continue the mystery,’ Gonzales allegedly text her afterwards. ‘I stayed and we f—ed like rabbits. Which one would you choose?’
She is said to have replied: ‘Leave. And let the mystery build.’
She told the Express-News that she was not totally innocent in their interactions, adding that she regretted having ‘played him.’
However, the retired Navy officer apparently did not take the rejection well.
‘I don’t do well not being wanted,’ he wrote before asking her for a nude he did not get, according to the report.
The former campaign worker explained that by October 2020, their relationship had become cold, but she continued working for him until November when he won his first seat in Congress.
Gonzales did not hire her to be part of his congressional staff when he went to Washington, DC.

Amid mounting pressure from his Republican colleague, Gonzales finally admitted to cheating on his wife a day after coming in second in a razor-tight March 3 primary.
The US Speaker of the House then called on Gonzales to drop out of the race- leaving a clear path for his opponent Brandon Herrera to move forward in the general election to represent the district.
He’s currently under investigation for his relationship with Aviles, accused of violating House rules which prohibit members of Congress from having sex with their staffers.
Gonzales is set to see out his term, which ends in January.
