The 51-year-old American Idol host had already raised eyebrows after looking noticeably thinner following Wheel of Fortune co-host Vanna White’s surprise wedding in January.
On Friday, the TV star sparked fresh chatter at the 9th Annual UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation’s Taste For A Cure gala, with followers remarking he looked almost unrecognizable.
One critic didn’t hold back, posting, ‘Tf happened to his face,’ beneath footage of an interview Seacrest gave to PauseRewind at the event.
Meanwhile, one fan wondered, ‘did he get a lash lift,’ while another shot back, ‘he got an everything lift.’

During March’s ‘Love Is in the Air’ special, where couples battled it out on the long-running game show, Seacrest turned to the cameras and revealed he’s been swiping on Tinder – nearly two years after his split from model Aubrey Paige.
‘I love “Love Is in the Air,”‘ he joked, adding, ‘And I’ll be on Tinder tonight, so I can find it.’
White, who tied the knot with John Donaldson in January, chimed in: ‘Love will be in the air next time. I promise.’

But as the episode went on – and three couples battled it out – Seacrest got even more candid about his single status.
‘I am so lonely up here,’ he admitted with a smile.
The candid confession comes almost a year after Seacrest revealed he was feeling ‘depressed’ about being single following his split from longtime girlfriend Paige.
He opened up about his romantic struggles during a May 2025 episode of American Idol, after a contestant performed a heartfelt love ballad.
‘I’ve never been more depressed to be single than right now in this moment,’ Seacrest admitted.
The Wheel of Fortune host and Paige ended their relationship amicably in 2024.
A source at the time said: ‘After three beautiful years together, Ryan and Aubrey have mutually decided to part ways.
‘They plan to stay in each other’s lives as good friends and support one another’s endeavors.’

Before dating Paige, Seacrest was involved with Hilary Cruz for just over a year and later with model Shayna Taylor from 2017 to 2020.
He also famously dated dancer and actress Julianne Hough for three years, from 2010 to 2013.
Hough reflected on their relationship during an appearance on Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert podcast, explaining she initially worried people might think she was using Seacrest’s fame.
‘But then I had this insecurity that I was like, “I don’t ever want anybody to think that I’m with him for this reason.” And so I then started playing smaller.’
Seacrest has also been romantically linked to actresses Teri Hatcher and Shana Wall.
While fans are focused on his love life, Seacrest’s career continues to thrive.
He officially took over as host of Wheel of Fortune in 2024, stepping into the role previously held by Pat Sajak, who had been at the helm for nearly four decades.
Over the years, he has also hosted high-profile live events, including the Academy Awards red carpet, the Golden Globes pre-show, and New Year’s Eve specials.
