Stefon Diggs hit with bombshell new lawsuit days before Super Bowl… weeks after personal chef accused him of assault

New England Patriots star Stefon Diggs is facing a fresh defamation lawsuit, just days before he will take to the football field for Super Bowl LX.

According to reports from TMZ, the legal action stems from a 2024 incident involving a stolen Ferrari and subsequent physical altercations involving his inner circle.

The plaintiff, a former employee of the wide receiver, alleges that Diggs falsely accused him of stealing the luxury vehicle despite police clearing him of any guilt.

The lawsuit further claims that the false narrative spread by Diggs led to a professional decline for the victim’s concierge business and sparked multiple threats.

The complaint alleges that two men associated with Diggs assaulted the plaintiff at a Miami nightclub in December 2025 while the receiver’s brother watched on.

The victim claims he suffered a laundry list of injuries including a torn ACL during the confrontation at Tootsie’s Cabaret, where Trevon Diggs was also present.

The lawsuit names both Stefon and Trevon Diggs as defendants, seeking damages for defamation, vicarious liability, and a conspiracy to harass the former employee.

Stefon Diggs has not yet responded to the allegations as he prepares for the Super Bowl following a dominant season as the primary target for the Patriots team.

Diggs joined New England after a prolific tenure with the Buffalo Bills and Houston Texans, maintaining his status as one of the league’s most elite receivers.
