Received d. Badr Abdel -Ati, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, today, Saturday, Othman Saleh, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Eritrea, in the context of continuing to consult to strengthen bilateral relations between Egypt and Eritrea and follow -up of Minister Abdel Ati’s recent visit to Eritrea on February 28. And the aspiration to continue consulting and coordination to enhance bilateral cooperation frameworks and anticipate new opportunities for cooperation in all political, economic and commercial fields, reflecting the depth of historical ties that bring Egypt and Eritrea. He also noted the aspiration to continue the meetings of the tripartite coordination mechanism between Egypt, Eritrea and Somalia, which was held the first ministerial meeting in its framework in Cairo last January.
& nbsp; In combating terrorism and extending its sovereignty over its entire lands, he also dealt with developments in the situation in Sudan and the importance of providing all aspects of support to the Sudanese state and its national institution and preserving the unity of Sudan and the integrity of its lands. The meeting also dealt with the situation in the African Sahel region, as well as developments in the Red Sea and refused the participation of any non -righteous country on the Red Sea in the security and governance of the Red Sea.
