The Head of Organization and Administration discusses with the National Training Academy building the capabilities of leaders in the administrative apparatus

Engineer Hatem Nabil, Head of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration, received today Dr. Sulafa Ahmed Gowaili, Executive Director of the National Training Academy, and Dr. Taher Nasr, Deputy Executive Director, at the agency’s headquarters in the Administrative Capital, where the two sides discussed areas of joint cooperation in training leaders in the state’s administrative apparatus.

 

Engineer Hatem Nabil stressed that capacity building is not just a training activity, but rather a strategic pillar for human resources management in the state, explaining Leadership development depends on scientific methodologies based on objective assessment, needs analysis, and developing strategic management and decision-making skills.

 

He added that achieving institutional development requires real integration between the national institutions concerned with training, most notably the National Training Academy, to ensure unified vision, exchange of experiences, and effective investment of available resources that enhance the efficiency of the administrative apparatus.

 

Dr. Sulafa Ahmed Juwaili expressed the academy’s appreciation. For the existing cooperation with the Central Agency for Organization and Administration, noting that joint work between national institutions represents an added value to the training system in the country, and contributes to improving the quality of public services by preparing qualified cadres capable of keeping pace with the requirements of modern government work.

 

The two sides confirmed continued coordination in joint files related to capacity building and leadership development, in support of the state’s efforts to enhance the efficiency of the administrative apparatus and improve the level of performance. Institutional.
