Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population held today, Sunday, the periodic meeting with the leaders of the ministry and heads of sectors and bodies, at the Ministry’s General Court, and with the participation of directors of health affairs directorates in all governorates through the technology of & laquo; To discuss the action plan with a number of files during the coming period, including the ministry’s plan in preparation for Eid Al -Adha. & laquo; Abdul Ghaffar & Raquo; The meeting dealt with discussing the plan of all sectors of the ministry in preparation for the blessed Eid Al -Adha, where Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar directed all the directors of health directorates in the governorates, to intensify the work and coordinate it internally and develop a clear action plan to distribute the tasks, ensuring the presence of medical teams in health facilities around the clock, as well as activating all the crisis rooms and coordinating with the central room, as well as developing a plan for the periodic traffic on those facilities, Stressing the continuous daily presence of directors of directorates at the job. That the meeting dealt with plans to ensure the continued provision of preventive services, which include (hepatic vaccination of births, thyroid clinics, births and deaths, food control, provision of therapeutic vaccines, reception of samples with laboratories). The meeting included reviewing (central supervision plans, activating the rapid response teams, the central administration of public health, the continued provision of preventive services and emergency at the quarantine outlets), as well as the preventive measures prescribed to receive pilgrims, discuss the plan of the General Administration of Wipers and Monitoring, the traffic plan at the prevention centers after the sink, the central administration plan for environmental affairs, activities to maintain food security and safety, and public administration activities For environmental surveillance, the central management plan for tropical diseases and diseases. Until the meeting included the operation of emergency clinics with health care facilities, the continuation of work in the industrial dairy dairy system and the examination of those coming to marriage, during the days of Eid Al -Adha, in addition to reviewing the insect surveillance work in Matrouh Governorate, and implementing the workforce combat work, within the work plan for preparations for the summer season, which includes work according to a number of axes (monitoring work, control work, examining samples with laboratories Central), referring to the traffic on 40 tourist facilities, and 134 facilities concerned with providing food, and 831 kilograms of food and 310 liters of juices and drinks were executed, where Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar stressed the coordination with the Food Safety Authority and the taking of corrective measures in this regard. That the meeting included discussing the medical medicine medical insurance sector plan for the blessed Eid Al -Adha, and enhancing hospitals’ readiness and emergency response teams during that period, in a way that guarantees facing potential health challenges as a result of increasing assemblies and social activities during the days of Eid, stressing to address all the directors of health directorates in the governorates and agencies affiliated And the readiness of the devices in the departments, the preparation of rapid spread teams, the speed of reporting the cases of the injured, the increase in the number of medical teams in health facilities, the availability of blood bags, medicines and supplies, coordination with the toxicity centers in the governorates and the emergency services room & quot; 137 & quot; adherence to infection control standards, the availability of a sufficient number of family in all sections). & laquo; Abdul Ghaffar & Raquo; That the stages of preparation for the plan have been discussed through medical and logistical support, explaining that the action plan consists of 5 axes that include (road insurance, referral hospitals, rapid spread teams, supply and catering, control and follow -up rooms), pointing out to secure 5 major main roads (desert road, northern coast road, Alexandria Agricultural Road, Suez Road South Sinai and Red Sea, Axis Upper Egypt). To prepare specialized interventional medical services through hospitals of brain and nerve surgeries, hospitals of heart and chest surgery, catheter centers, and hospitals dealing with burn cases, in addition to discussing the mechanism of work of rapid spread teams within the event and inside the hospitals, where regional and central teams are equipped for each governorate to provide emergency medical support if any crises occur, as well as discussing the control mechanism through follow -up rooms (The main control center, the oxygen monitoring room, the National Network for Emergency and Public Safety, the National Project for Conservations, Civilization and Emergency, an initiative every second life, the emergency services center 137). Emergency and disasters, identifying evacuation hospitals and dealing with critical specializations, preparing rapid spread teams, and coordination with the Egyptian Ambulance Authority, pointing to continuous coordination with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (the Supreme Council of University Hospitals), for joint work in accordance with the plan for medical insurance. The meeting dealt with discussing the developments of the Egyptian Hajj Mission for the year 2025, and reviewing the volume of frequencies on clinics, which reached 24 thousand and 881 pilgrims, and transferred 296 of them to hospitals, pointing to the admission of 65 cases of hospitals between internal and focused care, and 43 cases.
