Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, held a meeting with the officials of the Ranji Smart Hospital in Shanghai, China, to discuss the prospects for cooperation in the fields of medical technology and the development of smart hospitals, on the sidelines of the Huawei Connect Conference and Exhibition, which is held at the Shanghai International Exhibition Center during the period from 18 to 20 September this year. The spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and Population, that the meeting focused on exploring the latest technological solutions based on artificial intelligence and information technologies in the management of smart hospitals, with the aim of enhancing the efficiency and quality of health services, adding that the visit included a field tour at Ranji Hospital to see best practices in operating digital hospitals, discussing management mechanisms, academic cooperation, and specialized medical training. & laquo; Abdul Ghaffar & Raquo; The meeting dealt with ways to enhance the partnership between the Egyptian Ministry of Health and the Ranji Hospital through advanced training programs targeting medical personnel in vital specializations such as tumors, gynecology, and major surgeries, in order to support the development of professional capabilities and contribute to providing distinguished health services to citizens. The meeting included a review of the role of digital transformation in achieving a vision & laquo; Egypt 2030 & RAKUO; To develop the health system, while emphasizing the importance of smart health services in improving the efficiency of operation, facilitating access to services, and raising quality and safety standards in health facilities. All services include from the seizure of patients to follow their medical files via an advanced electronic network, with a distance medical advice to reduce direct patient visits.
