The Minister of Parliamentary Affairs participates in the fourth ministerial meeting of the Permanent Supreme Committee for Human Rights

Within the directives of the President of the Republic to work to improve the human rights system in Egypt, Counselor Mahmoud Fawzi, Minister of Parliamentary and Legal Affairs and Political Communication, participated in the fourth ministerial meeting of the permanent Human Rights Committee, headed by Ambassador Dr. Badr Abdel -Ati, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, today, Saturday 10 May. And Mr. Advisor Adnan Fangri, Minister of Justice, and Mrs. Adviser Amal Ammar, Chairman of the National Council for Women, Mr. Dr. Diaa Rashwan, President of the State Information Service, Dr. Iman Karim, General Supervisor of the National Council for Persons with Disabilities, and Mr. Dr. Wael Mohamed Abdel Razek, Secretary General of the National Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and representatives of the relevant national authorities members of the committee. Egypt is within the framework of the comprehensive periodic review mechanism for human rights in Geneva, as well as reviewing the works of the fifty -eighth session of the Human Rights Council held last March, in which Egypt participated effectively through the attendance of all the sessions listed on its work program, and to provide data during which it reviewed the most prominent national efforts in the field of promoting and protecting human rights.
