The National Center for Human Rights discusses cooperation with the Ministry of Local Development in the field of complaints
Dr. Mahmoud Karem, President of the National Council for Human Rights, and Dr. Hani Ibrahim, Secretary-General, received a delegation from the Ministry of Local Development headed by Major General Ahmed Al-Saifi, Assistant Minister of Local Development, Permanent Undersecretary of the Ministry and Supervisor of the Human Rights Department.
During the meeting, ways of cooperation between the Council and the Ministry were discussed in the areas of dealing with the complaints system, and designing and implementing joint training programs to enhance the capabilities of workers in human rights units and citizen service offices in various areas. Governorates.
The meeting also dealt with organizing joint field visits to assess human rights gaps and develop recommendations and action plans to develop performance and improve the level of services.
