The rumored plastic surgery secrets behind country singer Maren Morris’ very youthful visage

Maren Morris is not only famous for her country music hits – but also for her stunning looks.
Morris, 36, has often been praised for her youthful visage and most recently showcased her flawless complexion to fans on TikTok.
Despite the video showing her clapping back at claims that her six–year–old son needed to ‘toughen up,’ fans couldn’t help but notice her glowing complexion, even making comparisons between her and Khloe Kardashian.
So, what are the secrets behind the singer’s youthful looks?
According to board–certified plastic surgeon Dr Sean McNally, based in Oregon, Morris shows no signs of having undergone any major procedures under the knife but may have gotten a few cosmetic ‘tweakments’ over the years.
Dr McNally, who hasn’t treated the star, told the Daily Mail that he believes that the My Church singer could have had filler and Botox after looking at pictures of the star.
‘For filler, her lips and midface are more full so I’d suspect treatments there,’ Dr McNally told the Daily Mail.
‘For Botox, she’s likely having forehead treatments to prevent lines there and I also think she’s had treatment of her masseter muscles to help slim the angle of her jaw and improve her jaw contour,’ he shared.

For those who may be unfamiliar, dermal filler is used to fill in deep lines and wrinkles in the face and enhance areas of the face that have lost volume, among other benefits.
Botox, on the other hand, is an injection made from neurotoxins, which work to weaken the muscles in the face or other parts of the body, according to the Cleveland Clinic.
Not only can it be used to smooth and reduce the appearance of wrinkles, but it can also be used to treat migraines and other conditions.
In addition to any potential cosmetic injections, Dr McNally also praised the singer’s flawless skin.
‘Her skin texture and tone is amazing,’ Dr McNally said.
‘I’d be shocked if she wasn’t utilizing a solid skin care routine in conjunction with IPL or BBL to prevent age spots and lighter resurfacing lasers to maintain her overall skin texture,’ he said.
In the past, Morris admitted to undergoing Botox injections but claimed it had worn off.
In 2020, she hit back at a troll who accused her of overdoing the Botox on Instagram.

At the time, she had shared a sweet new picture of herself and her then–newborn son Hayes Andrew Hurd on Instagram, and although many fans left kind messages on the post, one person wrote: ‘Stop with the Botox…’ and added a laughing and a clown emoji.
‘Dude, I just went through a pregnancy and we’re in the middle of a quarantine. The Botox has long worn off,’ Morris responded.
In January 2026, she revealed that her face had swelled up and she had a very bad reaction due to a severe sinus infection, telling her followers about it before she took the stage to perform at Dick Clark’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest.
‘Sorry jumpscare but days leading up to my performance, I had the worst sinus infection of my life and it swelled up my face and then proceeded to evolve into some insane skin reaction,’ Morris told fans in an Instagram post at the time, per People.
‘So, I’m relieved I was able to sing last night. Thank you antibiotics, Afrin & Aquaphor. Oh and concealer.’
Her New Year’s performance came just months after she celebrated her first Pride since coming out as bisexual.
Morris came out as bisexual in June 2024, announcing to Instagram followers that she was ‘Happy to be the B in LGBTQ+, happy pride!’
The singer celebrated the milestone during her performance at Outloud Music Festival on May 30.
She was previously married to Ryan Hurd but they split up after five years of marriage in October 2023, finalizing their divorce in January 2024 while agreeing to share custody of their son, Hayes.
