Although we’re still recovering from the reality TV clusterfuck that was Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025, it looks like things are already kicking off for 2026.
As they say, the devil works hard, but reality TV producers work harder!!!
Yep, in exciting news for reality TV fans who froth a bit of wedding drama, wine throwing and name calling, it looks like season 13 of MAFS Australia has begun filming, with paparazzi snapping pics of two brides we can expect to see on our screens in 2026 — that’s if they don’t quit the show mid-season like most participants have been doing recently…
In photos obtained by Daily Mail Australia, one potential MAFS 2026 bride — who they’ve described as a “brunette bombshell” — was spotted filming in a wedding dress at Sydney’s The Everleigh.

Alongside the “brunette bombshell”, a “blonde bombshell” who the publication claims to be Rebecca Zukowski, was also papped filming her wedding in Sydney’s Centennial Park.
While we don’t have much information in regards to the bride who got hitched at The Everleigh, Daily Mail Australia claims Rebecca is set to be the “firecracker” on next year’s MAFS, with one source comparing her to 2025’s fan-favourite Jamie Marinos.
“She’s wild — think Jamie [Marinos] — just with years of experience,” the insider dished.
“She was overheard yelling on her balcony in between takes – it was a whole moment.”
Another insider claimed that the operations manager has a bold personality that’ll definitely make dinner parties interesting — and I’m here for it!
“She’s the type of girl who will back you 100 per cent — but don’t cross her, because she’ll call it out without blinking,” another source who claims to be a friend of Rebecca told the publication.
“She’s got this larger-than-life energy and doesn’t tone herself down for anyone. We’re all so excited to see her on screen.”
As for Rebecca’s groom, the publication claims his name is Steve. Yep, just Steve.
When will Married At First Sight 2026 coming out?
If we go off last year’s schedule, we predict that a trailer will drop in December with a premiere date slated for January 2026.
Now, before this goes anywhere, I want to highlight that this is just a prediction and not an announcement! But with filming taking place, I have a feeling it’ll follow the same pattern as this year’s shebang.
Who is the cast for Married at First Sight 2026?
At the time of writing, Nine has not confirmed the brides and grooms for 2025, despite Daily Mail Australia reporting that one of the brides in the paparazzi pics is operations manager Rebecca Zukowski.
However, the publication reports that we can expect to see a range of personalities in season 13, including a groom who had “already made headlines before”.
“It’s a really bold cast. There’s a lot of diversity in age, culture, and life experience,” an anonymous insider dished.
“You’ve got a couple of big online personalities, a groom who’s been in the headlines before, and some really grounded people just looking for love.”
