Urgent .. We publish the amendments of the Education Law before discussing it in the House of Representatives today
The House of Representatives discusses in its general session today the report of the Joint Committee from the Education and Scientific Research Committee, and my committee office: the plan and the budget, and the constitutional and legislative affairs , on a draft law submitted by the government to amend some provisions of the Education Law issued by Law No. (139) of 1981."RTL"> & nbsp;

The issue of developing public education is one of the most important priorities of the Egyptian government during the past two decades, and the constitution singled out independent articles for education, as Article ( ۱۹) from it that & quot; education is a right for every citizen, aiming to build the Egyptian personality, preserve the national identity, root the scientific method in thinking, developing talents, encouraging innovation, consolidating civilized and spiritual values, establishing concepts of citizenship, tolerance, and non -discrimination, and the state is committed to taking into account its goals in the curricula of education and its means, and providing it in accordance with the standards of global quality and the end of the secondary education until the end of the secondary stage Or its equivalent, … & quot;."RTL"> & nbsp;
and Article (۲۰) stipulated that & quot; the state is committed to encouraging technical and technical education and vocational training, developing and expanding all its types, according to international quality standards, and in proportion to the needs of the market Work. & Quot;."RTL"> & nbsp;
Article ( ۲۲) from him that & quot; teachers, faculty members and their assistants, the basic pillar of education, ensures the state to develop their scientific competencies, professional skills, and care for their material and literary rights, in a manner that guarantees the quality of education, and the achievement of His goals."RTL"> & nbsp;
Article (24) of it stipulated that & quot; Arabic language and religious education, and national history in all its stages basic subjects in pre -university and private university education, and universities work to teach human rights, values and professional morals for various scientific specializations. and since the strategic plan for sustainable development is Egypt’s vision ( ۲۰۳۰) has defined the strategic goals of education, in order to achieve education for all students without discrimination (availability), in addition to improving the quality of the education system and its outputs, in line with global systems, as well as enhancing the competitiveness of education."RTL"> & nbsp;

And when the quantitative expansion in the outputs of the education system is a necessary condition for achieving the system for its goals, it remains a condition that is not sufficient in itself, as it is necessary to upgrade the quality of the outputs of this system, especially, and that the practical experience has shown that the gap between both sides of supply and demand in the labor market is not a quantitative gap as much as it is a qualitative gap, so interest in improving the quality of the educational process in all its elements, Among them is the development of the secondary stage and in particular the high school stage in terms of the curriculum, and the exam methods have become urgent, necessary and inevitable, based on the fact that if you cannot qualify students of that stage to compete in the global labor markets today, which in turn requires the development of a new system for this stage to eliminate the applied system that has been prepared for nearly thirty years, which is a very large period compared to the rapid and amazing development in the methods Modern Education and Learning, and building the personality required to deal with the challenges of this era, and to achieve the goals and policies of the state represented in the Sustainable Development Strategy 2030 to achieve the desired economic growth, and the need to provide skilled and qualified workforce to achieve ambitious plans for Egyptian economic development in contracts Next."RTL"> & nbsp;
