Hello and welcome to tonight’s live coverage of the Friday night double-header featuring the Eels, Warriors, Roosters and Storm.

First Parramatta travels to New Zealand to face the Warriors, who are still holding on to a top-four spot after last week’s win over the Titans. The Eels also won last week, and they’ve been showing plenty of promise lately with victories over the Broncos, Cowboys and Roosters and close losses to Melbourne and Souths in the past five rounds.

Then the Roosters are up against it in Melbourne, after a week from hell that included a 20-point drubbing at the hands of Parramatta and the ongoing saga surrounding Brandon Smith. They’re also just hanging onto eighth place on the ladder, with the Dolphins just one win behind them and boasting a better for-and-against.

Oh, and they are up against a Storm side that is the favourite to win the title this year, even if they are resting a few big names.
