Where’s Windsor? Mystery over where Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and Sarah Ferguson will spend Christmas Day

While the rest of the Royals will be spending Christmas today at Sandringham, it is not known where the King’s brother, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, will be spending the day.
The pair have not been invited to celebrate with the rest of the royals at the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, after their relationship’s to paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein and his partner Ghislaine Maxwell came under more scrutiny this week with the release of more of the Epstein files.
Their daughter, Princess Beatrice, meanwhile, made a surprise appearance at Sandringham today, amid rumours she and her sister Princess Eugenie would spend Christmas elsewhere.
Princess Beatrice had spent some of the festive season overseas on a skiing trip with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, children and friends as she distanced herself from her shamed father.
It came as the Epstein scandal continues to engulf her father, as a steady flow of hundreds of pictures taken at the paedophile financier’s properties were released in the US.
In one photograph, he is seen lying on the laps of five elegantly dressed women in the saloon room at Sandringham, as Ghislaine Maxwell lurks in the back.

Beatrice had reportedly been invited to her parents’ final Christmas at Royal Lodge before they are kicked out in 2026. The mother-of-two has told friends she is ‘tormented’ by the ‘tug’ between her parents and the rest of her family, it is claimed.
‘Beatrice doesn’t want to cause any embarrassment and was torn between loyalty to the King and her parents,’ one friend said.
Princess Eugenie, 35, also faced a similar dilemma but ultimately decided to spend it at Sandringham with the rest of the Royal family.
Both princesses attended the Royal Family’s early Christmas party at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday without their parents.
Andrew has faced further embarrassment after new images of him emerged as part of the Epstein files released by the US Department of Justice.
Andrew was stripped of all his royal titles in October after a leaked email published by the Mail on Sunday proved he lied in his interview with BBC’s Newsnight when he claimed he ‘never had any contact’ with paedophile Jeffrey Epstein after they were pictured together in New York in December 2010.
The Mail also revealed a gushing email that his ex-wife Sarah sent Epstein just weeks after publicly disowning him in which she called him a ‘steadfast, generous and supreme friend’.
This year is the first time since Andrew moved into Royal Lodge 20 years ago that he has failed to put up decorations outside the residence.
Two wreaths which were used to decorate the home last year have not been put up, and a Christmas tree has not been installed.
Both Andrew and Sarah Ferguson continue to deny any wrongdoing and the context of many of the documents released in the Epstein files is not known.
