Finally down to its final three, it’s that time of the year when Australia crowns a new idol alongside judges Kyle Sandilands, Marcia Hynes and Amy Shark.
This year’s big three consists of 18-year-old Harlan Goode, 21-year-old Kesha Oayda and 23-year-old Kalani Artis, and honestly, each finalist has their own flair, so the competition is bound to be a tight one!

Who is the Australian Idol 2026 winner?
Slow ya roll! The Australian Idol Grand Finale has yet to air. If you wanna catch all the action, hosted by Australia’s favourites, Ricki-Lee Coulter and Scott Tweedie, tune into Channel Seven or 7plus at 7.30pm.
What is the prize for winning Australian Idol?
Alongside the title of literally being *the* Australian Idol, the winner will cop $100,000 in prize money and an exclusive recording package with Hive Sound Studios and a spot at a songwriting camp with Sony Music Publishing.
Oh, also, they get major access to some of the biggest events on Australia’s entertainment calendar, including the ARIAs, TikTok Awards and the Logies.
In 2025, Marshall Hamburger won the shebang, with Iilysh Terallick coming second and Gisella Colletti landing third.
