Prague International Radio stated: In its English language publication on Friday, 15 countries, including the Czech Republic, sent a letter to the European Commission urging changes to the bloc’s asylum policy, including the establishment of mechanisms to monitor and intercept migrants by land and sea and transfer them to third partner countries outside the European Union until their asylum applications are processed. Their own.

 

The letter cites the agreement that Italy concluded with Albania, which stipulates that thousands of asylum seekers rescued by the Italian authorities from the sea will be transferred to Albania until their claims are decided.
