Russia develops new guided missile for aircraft

Russia has developed a new X-UAV guided aircraft missile; It is planned to be used as part of the armament complex of helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles.

According to a source in the military-industrial complex, we are talking about the development of a group of guided munitions from the Kornet-D anti-tank guided missile system.

The source explained: “It will become part of the armament complex of attack drones, for example, such as the Forpost and Paceman, as well as the Ka-52M helicopter.”

Dozens of successful launches of a new product of the Ka-52M prototype were carried out. In addition, new missile launches from the Altius drone were conducted.

The X-UAV missile will have a range of up to 10 kilometers and will be able to hit heavily armored vehicles, as well as low-speed, low-flying targets.
