What Went Down when beabadoobee took over the Dazed Space

beabadoobee was first catapulted to the public eye with lo-fi Canadian rapper Powfu’s 2020 remix of her single “Coffee”, and has since captivated audiences on both sides of the Atlantic. Recorded at Rick Rubin’s famous Shangri-La studios, this new music video features the critically-acclaimed artist in a Groundhog Day-like state of passionate delirium as she spirals out of control. It also announced the run up to her third LP, This Is How Tomorrow Moves, releasing on August 16, which eagle-eyed viewers may have noticed advertised on a lampost in the music video.

Dazed’s central London location was awash with images of the Filipino-born, London-raised star as over 400 fans passed through the doors and took over the space for the evening.

Catch a closer glimpse of the celebrations in the galleries above and below.
