Ahmed Badra, assistant head of the “Adl” Party, said: For the development of Upper Egypt, the Egyptian state, led by President Sisi, pays great attention to the development of Upper Egypt at all levels, fields, and services provided to citizens, after suffering from neglect and marginalization for many decades, and this is clear in the various state policies and programs provided to Upper Egypt.
Badra added that the state is interested in improving human life and putting Upper Egypt on the comprehensive development map, explaining that the comprehensive and sustainable development plan 2030, which the state set out to achieve, has had its results reflected on the ground in the various governorates, and has contributed strongly to confronting… Internal migration in light of the population density and limited resources of some governorates, especially in Upper Egypt.
The assistant head of the “Justice” Party explained: For the development of Upper Egypt, the Decent Life Initiative in Upper Egypt has contributed greatly to changing the reality in all different sectors, starting with the education and health sectors, irrigation, drainage, drinking water, roads, bridges, electricity, energy, and other projects, stressing that President Sisi’s strategy for developing Upper Egypt and a decent life has ended an era. A history of neglect and marginalization, and that the President’s development plans in the governorates of Upper Egypt restored life and painted a wonderful artistic painting entitled Hope, and the citizens of Upper Egypt are currently living in the most prosperous times due to what has been achieved through the arteries of goodness that have affected stones and humans.
He stressed that the governorates of Upper Egypt suffered over the past eras, and in recent years, under the directives of the political leadership, there has been unprecedented interest in the southern governorates.
