"Dubai lands" Launch an initiative "Reese Real Estate Innovation"

DUBAI, 17th May / WAM / The Dubai Land Department launched the “Reiss Real Estate Innovation” initiative with the aim of putting Dubai on the global map in the field of real estate technology and real estate artificial intelligence in support of the Dubai Economic Agenda “D33” and its ambitious goals to make Dubai a major center for incubating innovations.

This new innovative initiative was launched under the slogan “Res.. where artificial intelligence meets innovation accelerators” in the presence of His Excellency Eng. Marwan bin Ghalita, Acting Director General of the Dubai Land Department, 200 people from sector partners and an elite group of officials, experts and thought leaders, as the event witnessed. Many sessions and discussions addressed the most prominent trends in the international real estate technology market, opportunities and capabilities, with the participation of 25 specialized companies, including 11 exhibiting companies and 14 companies represented by speakers in the discussion sessions.

On the sidelines of the event, a real estate technology business group was launched in cooperation between Dubai Lands and Dubai Chambers. The department also held several strategic partnerships, including the Dubai Future District Fund, Logic Technologies Limited, Amnes Media, and Al Saqr. Partners Advocates and Legal Consultants, Stryper Ventures MENA Limited, and Equiplus DWC, with the aim of supporting and developing real estate innovation and attracting technology companies specialized in real estate to the Emirate of Dubai to enhance the innovation work system in real estate technology, financing and supporting real estate technology companies, and linking the “Reiss Initiative” with the financing companies. Such as venture capital companies, sharing reports on artificial intelligence, and other areas of cooperation.

His Excellency Engineer Marwan bin Ghalita explained that the “Reiss Initiative” falls within the framework of efforts to support achieving the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda “D33”, specifically contributing to making Dubai a major center for incubating innovations. He added that the real estate future is facing an exceptional revolution and transformation through the strategic programs and partnerships that the initiative will present to the sector with the public and private sectors that will enhance the pursuit of creating ideal solutions for all current and future challenges.

Magda Ali Rashid, Executive Director of the Real Estate Development Sector at the Dubai Land Department, confirmed that the “Reiss Initiative” is considered the most important in the region in the field of real estate innovation, noting that it is designed to support and attract companies specialized in the field of real estate technology from Dubai, in addition to highlighting The most prominent technological solutions in the field of real estate in Dubai that are compatible with the local market as well as international markets.

Through the “Reiss Initiative”, Dubai Land Department seeks to achieve many goals, foremost of which is developing the innovation environment in the real estate sector in a comprehensive and organized manner in cooperation with partners, and enhancing cooperation between the private and government sectors to support innovative real estate solutions that consolidate the competitiveness and sustainability of the real estate sector, in addition to developing the department’s ability to Obtaining the best technology in the field of artificial intelligence and real estate technology that enhances operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The initiative will contribute to providing a supportive infrastructure for real estate innovations, including supportive legislation and funded accelerators, and enhancing the competitiveness of local real estate technology companies in global markets through the global department’s partnerships and establishing a special business group for real estate technology companies under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers to enhance its role in developing the real estate sector system.

To achieve the objectives of the initiative, the Dubai Land Department will work to adopt and approve several strategic initiatives, including launching the real estate accelerators project to support emerging companies in the field of real estate technology, with funding from the Dubai Future District Fund, and concluding strategic partnerships with the most important influential partners in the real estate market to support emerging companies and provide an incubator for them.
