Nadia threatens Moscow

Yevgeny Tishkovets, a senior employee at the Phobos Weather Center, said that the ice height in Moscow due to Hurricane Nadia could reach 50 centimeters by February 1, which is close to record values for 1956.

Tishkovets announced on his Instagram.
